COMMITMENT

Frequency: Daily at 1PM MT

Time Commitment: 1-3 Minutes

If you choose to Practice, you will:

  • Receive a Reminder Text at approximately 1PM MT (synchronize)

  • Set a personal alarm to go off daily at 1PM MT (redundancy)

  • At 1PM MT the Invitation is to do the OneBreath Protocol

  • Upon completion the Invitation is to Check-In to let others know you participated, AND share any INSIGHTS that you may have with the community.

Throughout:
Be mindful of your posture, connect with Nature, and imagine breathing through your heart.

To Begin:
Start with an Exhale

 

Breath 1

  • Inhale through the NOSE

  • Exhale through the NOSE

 

Breath 2

  • Inhale through the NOSE

  • Exhale through the MOUTH

 

Breath 3

  • Deep Inhale through the MOUTH

  • Exhale through the MOUTH making an "Ahhhh" sound & shaking it out
