1. Life Is Worth HonoringEvery person carries inherent worth, dignity, and a unique expression of life. No individual, institution, belief system, or community owns the human spirit.2. Sovereignty and Belonging Strengthen Each OtherWe honor the freedom of each person to live, believe, question, create, and become. Genuine community does not require the surrender of individuality.3. We Look for the GiftConflict, difference, and disruption can reveal information that would otherwise remain unseen. We seek to understand what each person, experience, and perspective may be contributing before deciding what must be opposed.4. We Choose Relationship Over Enemy-MakingWe do not need to agree in order to remain connected. We practice seeing people, organizations, and institutions as potential participants in a shared human story rather than automatically treating them as adversaries.5. Non-Harm Includes OurselvesCompassion does not require self-abandonment. We honor healthy boundaries, personal responsibility, informed consent, and the right to protect life while seeking the least harmful path available.6. Truth Emerges Through Honest SeeingWe do not claim ownership of absolute truth. We seek the courage to recognize the stories, identities, fears, and assumptions that obscure what is present.7. Beauty Can Grow From What Has Been BrokenPain, failure, pressure, and loss do not have to be wasted. What has been fractured can become a source of wisdom, connection, creativity, and service.8. Transformation Is EmbodiedSpiritual ideas matter most when they change how we listen, speak, choose, repair, work, and live together.9. We Participate Without Carrying the Whole WorldWe offer our gifts with devotion while releasing the belief that everything depends upon us. Service is not the same as burden.10. Becoming Is Never FinishedThere is no final version of a person, family, organization, church, city, or world. We remain open to learning, unlearning, renewal, and surprise.
Our Story Begins
In 2001...Everything changed.Like millions of people,our founders were profoundly
affected by September 11.A question emerged...What if fear
was not the only response?That question became
One Becoming One.

Ten years later...On September 11, 2011...people gathered in Seattle
and around the world
for ONE| The Event.The invitation was simple.Choose Love.Choose Unity.Not because fear
wasn't real...but because another response
was possible.
